Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or 8+ years alternative experience in EDD/KYC.
• Minimum 4 years of EDD review experience in fintech/banking or risk.
• ACAMS/CCAS or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EDD reviews for crypto clients, ensure AML/KYC compliance.
• Document findings and maintain records per internal standards.
• Act as SME on high‑risk crypto reviews for relationship teams.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Audit, and other departments.
• Identify risks and help implement action plans.
