You will shape systems supporting the Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF) and drive data exchange, reconciliation and regulatory reporting in a high-impact financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT/IS/CS or related field.
• 3+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience eliciting requirements, process modelling, data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

• Translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into clear system specifications.
• Collaborate across business, technology, and compliance teams to enable accurate data exchange and reporting.
• Support data reconciliation, due diligence and regulatory reporting processes.
