Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking a sharp Business Systems Analyst to join the Work Orders team in a Pretoria-based hybrid position. You will shape systems supporting the Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF) and drive data exchange, reconciliation and regulatory reporting in a high-impact financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, BTech, or Diploma (NQF 6-7) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Finance, Taxation, or a related field;
• OR Bachelor's Degree, BTech, or Diploma and at least 3 years' relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a comparable solution-delivery role;
• OR Bachelor's Degree, BTech, or Diploma with demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, functional specification, data analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

Advantageous / Beneficial:

• Experience in tax administration, regulatory reporting, financial services, crypto assets, digital assets, data exchange, or compliance systems.
