Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Crypto AML Program Manager to lead and coordinate global AML and sanctions efforts for its crypto products. You will partner with Product, Risk, Legal, and international teams to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance across multiple offices, including Denver, CO, and New York, NY.

You will guide development, testing, deployment, and retrospective assessment of crypto programs while managing regulatory filings, audits, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AML and sanctions experience, with crypto focus.
• Deep knowledge of NYDFS Part 504 and international regulations (MiCA, UK Money Laundering Regulations).
• Experience analyzing crypto-specific fraud typologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain oversight of financial crimes compliance-related shared services.
• Collaborate with global AML Officers to align programs across entities.
• Advise Business/Legal/Compliance on AML, Sanctions, and Fraud considerations in ideation to launch of crypto products.
• Assist with licensing processes for state and international licenses.
• Serve as SME on AML and Sanctions regulatory requirements and translate updates into program enhancements.
• Draft and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation (policies, procedures, risk methodologies).
• Manage timelines and resources for Financial Crimes initiatives.
• Address inquiries from banks, auditors, and external partners.
• Support regulatory filings, exams, and audits.
• Support risk assessments and board/committee reporting.
