Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Crypto AML Program Manager to lead compliance for the firm’s crypto products. You will collaborate with Product, Risk, Legal and international teams to implement regulatory-aligned programs, policies and controls, and support licensing and regulatory filings.

You will report to the AML Officer and work across offices in Denver, Menlo Park, New York, and Westlake with in-person attendance required at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AML and sanctions experience, with at least 2+ years in Crypto compliance.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection, including crypto-specific fraud typologies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks across NYDFS Part 504, EU and UK AML regimes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain oversight of shared services related to financial crimes compliance.
• Collaborate with global AML Officers to align programs across international entities.
• Advise Business, Legal, and Compliance teams on AML, Sanctions, and Fraud considerations in crypto product life cycles.
