Job summary

OKX is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to grow our affiliate, KOL, and trading community partnerships across the Netherlands and Western Europe. You will drive onboarding, retention, and revenue through strategic affiliate channels and VIP client relationships.

We value experience in building large affiliate networks, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work across time zones. Prior crypto exchange exposure is a plus; Dutch language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space.
• Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of affiliates.
• Recruit new affiliates, KOLs and trading/crypto communities and influencers.
• Implement campaigns to drive measurable results: content, trading volume, new users, transactions.
• Build partnerships with influencers for user acquisition and collaboration with products.
• Expand cooperation with partners locally and internationally.
• Provide market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.
• Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends.
