Job summary

Nikkiso Cryogenic Services (NCS) is hiring a Workshop Supervisor to lead workshop service operations for cryogenic pumps, turboexpanders, and related equipment. You will drive safety, quality, and profitability while coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Sales to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industrial service or rotating equipment experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or service environment.
• Experience supporting cryogenic equipment, LNG, hydrogen, industrial gas, or rotating equipment preferred.
• Strong background in aftermarket service operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all workshop service operations.
• Establish a culture centered on Safety, Quality, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Continuous Improvement.
• Ensure repair, overhaul, inspection, testing, and refurbishment activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with NCS quality standards.
• Manage workshop scheduling, capacity planning, and labor utilization.
• Optimize workflow to maximize throughput while maintaining superior workmanship.
• Support global service initiatives and standardization.
• Promote employee engagement and mentor high-performing technicians.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
