Job summary

Nikkiso Cryogenic Services is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead our workshop operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable repairs, overhauls, inspections, testing, and refurbishments for cryogenic pumps and turboexpanders across LNG and industrial gas markets.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Service, Sales, Quality, and SHEQ, and drive operational excellence to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years in industrial service or rotating equipment.
• 5+ years leadership in workshop/service environments.
• Experience with cryogenic equipment, LNG, hydrogen, industrial gas, or rotating equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshop service operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Service, Sales, Quality, and SHEQ.
• Manage scheduling, capacity planning, and labor utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Protect profitability through cost control and throughput optimization.
