Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is hiring a Workshop Supervisor to lead our workshop service operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable repairs, overhauls, inspections, testing, and refurbishment. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team and partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Service, Sales, Quality, and Global SHEQ to drive excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of industrial service or rotating equipment experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in workshop/service environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all workshop service operations.
• Establish a culture of Safety, Quality, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.
• Ensure repairs, overhauls, inspections, testing and refurbishment meet schedules and quality standards.
• Manage workshop scheduling, capacity planning, and labor utilization.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
