Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases seeks a Workshop Supervisor to lead all workshop service operations for cryogenic pumps, turboexpanders, and related equipment. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Service, Sales, and Quality teams to deliver world-class aftermarket support.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in industrial service, 5+ years of leadership, and a strong background in cryogenic or rotating equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of industrial service or rotating equipment experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a workshop or service environment.
• Experience with cryogenic/rotating equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all workshop service operations.
• Establish a culture centered on Safety, Quality, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Continuous Improvement.
• Manage workshop scheduling, capacity planning, and labor utilization.
• Optimize workflow to maximize throughput with quality workmanship.
• Support global service initiatives and standardization.
