Job summary

Crane Cryogenics in Brazil, Indiana seeks a Weld Coordinator to lead production cell flow, staging materials for welders and ensuring timely completion per schedule. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow processes while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will inspect products during and after welding, coordinate with zone leaders and production supervisors, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced cryogenic environment.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and parts to and from welders and technicians.
• Prepare next jobs for welding while current work is ongoing.
• Coordinate welding sequence with IOs to optimize workflow.
• Identify BOM/I/O issues and communicate for prompt resolution.
• Assist with material handling and final inspections per procedures.
