Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Boulder, Colorado, seeks a Production Manager – Advanced Cryogenic Systems Manufacturing to lead daily manufacturing operations for highly engineered cryogenic and precision electromechanical systems, ensuring safety, quality, on-time production, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations for advanced cryogenic and precision electromechanical systems. Own performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and labor effectiveness.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Facilities, and other stakeholders to support production goals and ensure readiness and build execution for complex products.
• Coach and develop manufacturing employees, establish safety, quality, and schedule expectations, and support onboarding and training to build workforce capability.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing throughput time, improving first-pass quality, and promoting accountability and customer-focused execution.
