Job summary

Airgas in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Field Service Technician to install and service cryogenic pressure vessels and bulk gas delivery systems across industrial, medical, and welding markets. You will travel to customer sites, operate company vehicles responsibly, and coordinate parts and tools to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities include installation, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and system commissioning, with opportunities for training and growth within Airgas Mid South.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization and no visa sponsorship needed.
• Ability to write routine reports and professional correspondence.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience with operating a forklift and maintaining certifications.
• Must pass testing and obtain Medical Certificate and Brazing License.
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays.
• Ability to read and interpret MSDS, safety rules, and P&ID diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Installs and maintains cryogenic pressure vessels in industrial, medical, and welding markets.
• Performs installation, preventative maintenance and repairs on bulk gas delivery systems.
• Safely operates Airgas vehicles to complete duties and service orders.
• Maintains vehicle, tools, truck inventory and equipment to respond to customer needs.
• Deliver, install and maintain cryogenic pressure vessels in the customer base.
• Coordinate and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Set alarms for automatic emergency reserve systems of gases at hospitals.
• Install piping and final line regulator systems for medical and industrial applications.
• Install and maintain cryogenic pumping systems on delivery trucks.
• Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements for installations.
