Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Team Lead for Value Stream Cryo Operations in Summit, NJ. You will oversee cryopreservation, LN2 storage, and material handling, ensuring compliant execution and safe, efficient processes.

The role drives training, documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards while partnering with HR and leadership to build a high-performing team and meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead cryo operations across production areas and shifts to ensure compliant execution.
• Oversee training, documentation, and adherence to cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and report site metrics, staffing, and production status.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and safety.
