Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Team Lead, Value Stream Cryo Operations in Summit, NJ to lead a Specialists team handling cryopreservation, LN2 storage, and material control for Cell Therapy products. You will ensure compliant execution across production areas and shifts, driving safety, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field (supply chain, engineering, life sciences) is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a regulated pharma manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, ALCOA+ and manufacturing documentation practices.
• Experience with deviations, CAPAs, change control, and batch record systems (EBR/MES/SAP) preferred.
• Background in cell therapy, cryopreservation, or cold chain operations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Cell Therapy production activities in compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.
• Foster safety culture and accountability through observed practices.
• Review batch records and ensure ALCOA+ alignment.
• Maintain cryopreservation operations, LN2 storage, and inventory control.
• Oversee patient material handling and chain of custody.
• Provide timely production status updates and resource planning.
• Collaborate with site priorities and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track performance metrics and report via Tier meetings.
• Support deviations investigations and CAPAs with timely closure.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements.
