Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Specialist to support Cryo Operations at the Summit, NJ site. You will handle cryopreservation, storage, inventory, and batch record activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Role requires a degree (or equivalent) with 0–4 years of related experience, strong documentation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Expect cross-functional collaboration and flexible scheduling with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Associate degree or Medical Technical degree with 0–2 years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• High School diploma/GED with 2–4 years of manufacturing or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Cryopreservation and management of patient materials, including processing and storage.
• Maintain chain of custody and compliant documentation per GMP and GDP.
• Perform inventory tracking and periodic storage reporting.
• Support investigations, deviations, and CAPA related to cryopreservation.
• Execute batch records in accordance with cGMPs, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Maintain on-time execution of cryopreservation and logistics activities.
