Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Cryo Nerve Block Clinical Specialist to support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments. You will drive institutional therapy adoption and assist with live procedures.

You will train OR staff, guide physicians, and follow up on patient outcomes. A technical or scientific degree and travel readiness are required; B2B sales experience is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in technical or scientific field or experience equivalence.
• B2B or outside sales experience is highly desired.
• Experience working in an Operating Room, or hospital setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel 40-60%, dependent upon territory.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments to drive therapy adoption.
• Train surgical and OR staff in the use of cryo nerve block devices.
• Provide guidance and support for physicians during live surgical procedures and device operation.
• Follow-up with surgeons and staff on patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy.
