US Fertility in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking a Cryo Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with one Sunday per month for 1–2 hours. You will manage specimen transport logistics, handle cryogenic storage, and support patients daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Biology preferred.
• Medical, laboratory, and/or fertility experience preferred.
• Experience working with inventory.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sound judgment and discretion for handling sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for specimen transports from inquiry through transport completion.
• Handle cryogenic specimens between storage and shipment tanks.
• Prepare and maintain transportation and laboratory equipment.
• Triaga and assign caseloads to self and staff.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide information on storage, pricing, and transport.
• Assist with patient document needs and vendor communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
