Evans Construction, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced Crusher Supervisor to manage crushing operations and supervise a crew on-site in Jackson, Wyoming. The role focuses on safety, production quality, and equipment maintenance.

Candidates need a HS diploma and at least 2 years in crushing; strong math, reading, and written communication skills are essential. This is a rotating shift position with potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED preferred; at least 2 years crushing operation experience.
• Ability to read simple instructions, write correspondence, and communicate clearly.
• Strong mathematical ability to calculate rates and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and quality from crusher and wash plant.
• Maintain crusher equipment.
• Maintain accurate time and material records.
• Ensure safety of operation and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work rotating shifts and possible weekends.
