Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating crushing and milling equipment in a mineral processing plant.
• Strong knowledge of crushers, mills and related equipment.
• Ability to read P&IDs and equipment manuals and interpret process diagrams.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of mineral processing equipment.
• Understanding of safety regulations relevant to mineral processing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor crushing and milling machinery to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-operational checks and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
• Adjust equipment settings and process parameters to meet product specs and maximize throughput.
• Monitor material flow and feed rates to optimize production efficiency.
• Collaborate with other operators and maintenance teams to troubleshoot malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
