Qualifications

• Mechanical skills including knowledge of machines, tools, equipment and welding/cutting equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and diagnose defects.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must pass pre-employment physical exam and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes malfunctions and repairs, rebuilds and maintains plants.
• Operates and inspects machines to diagnose defects.
• Dismantles and reassembles equipment with hoists, hand tools and power tools.
• Welds broken parts and structural members.
• Maintains inventory of plant parts and supplies.
