Job summary

United Companies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Crusher Foreman in Canon City, CO to maintain the crusher and conveyors and to lead a safety-conscious crew. The role requires basic computer use for production reports and time entry, along with strong teamwork and adherence to safety standards.

Qualified candidates will have 6 months to 1 year of crusher operator experience and a HS diploma or GED (preferred). Travel and PPE compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year experience as a crusher operator or similar role.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass pre-employment checks.
• Willingness to travel and work with a team.
• Able to wear PPE and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic computer functions (production reports, time entry).
• Inspect equipment before operation for safety/maintenance issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on the crusher and conveyors.
• Create and maintain a safe working environment and lead a team.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.
