Job summary

SMS International Shore Operations US, Inc. is seeking a front-line guest services agent in New Orleans to assist cruise guests with check-in, embarkation and related shore-side operations. You will greet guests, manage passenger flow, and provide accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires English communication, comfortable handling luggage, and availability on weekends or after hours as needed. Training will cover registration processes and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/logistics is preferred.
• English communication skills sufficient to provide information.
• Ability to learn registration systems and navigate screens.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests cordially and assist with embarkation/debarkation.
• Monitor luggage flow and CBP areas.
• Direct guests through terminal areas and provide information.
• Escort wheelchair guests and assist with boarding processes.
• Collect data for embarkation processes and report to management.
• Assist with locating luggage and completing lost luggage forms.
• Verify travel documents and check guests in.
• Provide boarding information and keys to guests.
• Prepare terminal/check-in area and organize materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
