SMS International Shore Operations US, Inc. is urgently hiring to serve NCL and MSC Cruise Lines.

The role involves greeting guests, coordinating embarkation, guiding passengers through the terminal, and assisting with luggage and documentation to ensure smooth check-in and boarding. Qualified candidates will have at least one year in customer service or logistics, strong English communication, and the ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service/logistics environment, preferably in travel.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Ability to learn and use computer-based guest registration systems.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet guests cordially and assist with embarkation and debarkation directions.
• Monitor luggage flow and CBP areas.
• Guide guests through terminal areas including check-in and elevators/escalators.
• Answer questions and provide boarding information.
• Escort guests needing wheelchair assistance.
• Gather data for embarkation processes and report to management.
• Assist guests with locating luggage and completing lost luggage forms.
• Verify travel documents presented by guests for check-in.
• Input guest travel information and issue stateroom keys and boarding information.
• Prepare terminal areas and paperwork; maintain organized workstations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
