Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• At least 1 year bartending experience required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of beverage recipes required.
• Strong customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by the role.
• Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to convey information clearly to guests and coworkers.
• Maintain uniform and grooming per appearance standards.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers as prescribed in the RESPECT Service System.
• Accurately follow beverage recipes; thorough knowledge of offerings and prices.
• Provide prompt and consistent bar service to guests and servers across the cruise.
• Set up and break down bar; stock according to par specifications; clean bar per SOP.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of bar, equipment, and work areas.
• Accurately charge guests; enter orders in POS; handle payments and change.
• Provide information about beverages, food, and cruise options to guests.
• Additional job duties as assigned.
