Job summary

Prestige Cruises in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to verify that promotional cruise perks are correctly applied to bookings, and to assist in back-office invoicing using our CRM system. You will work with Excel/Google Sheets to verify sales amenities, communicate QA findings to the sales and supervisory teams, and stay updated on travel requirements and cruise line procedures.

• Experience in customer service is required or preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Internet and computer savvy with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify that cruise booking perks are correctly applied.
• Communicate QA issues to sales and supervisory teams.
• Process cruise invoicing in the CRM system for accounting.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures to protect guests and PrestigeCruises.com.
• Stay informed on destination requirements and cruise line changes.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry travel changes.
