Job summary

Mid-Alaska Pipeline, LLC is seeking an employee to assist in the performance of pipeline operations, maintenance, inspections, and related duties for crude pipeline systems. The role involves on-site work in Town (Fairbanks area) with 40+ hours per week.

The position requires mechanical aptitude, ability to read manuals, and strong math/PC skills. Qualifications include a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience, and readiness for 24/7 emergency response when needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with hand and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to read and understand technical operation manuals.
• Ability to perform math calculations for flows and readings.

Responsibilities

• Support pipeline operations, maintenance, inspections and safety culture.
• Monitor and respond to pipeline conditions and alarms.
• Assist in troubleshooting and documenting incidents and repairs.
