Job summary

Association for Individual Development (AID) seeks a Case Manager Mental Health Professional to deliver Recovery Support Specialist services within the CST, focusing on empowerment, recovery, and consumer-run programming. The role emphasizes crisis management, planning, and collaborative care with clients in their communities.

Eligible candidates will have a CRSS certification or obtain it within the first year, with strong documentation and interagency coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field or High School Diploma with 5+ years in mental health.
• CRSS (Certified Recovery Support Specialist) required or to be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• Ability to provide services both in clients' homes and community settings.
• Experience with crisis intervention and referral coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct crisis counseling and support per client service plan.
• Develop and implement crisis and treatment plans with client and CST team.
• Maintain accurate records per Rule 132 and program guidelines.
• Coordinate care with family, case manager, and providers; document timely.
