The Clinical and Translational Science Institute is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Clinical Research Support Office ( CRSO ) as a CRSF Program Training Specialist. The CRSF Program Training Specialist is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of training programs and educational content to support clinical research coordinators and study teams. This role focuses on teaching and creating structured, competency-based learning materials that promote high-quality, compliant, and efficient clinical research practices across the institution. This program specialist collaborates with institutional stakeholders to ensure training programs align with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practice ( GCP ), and University policies, with an emphasis on human subjects research protections and regulatory compliance.
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
