Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalency statement: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
• Program Specialists, III: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement training materials for clinical research coordinators and study teams.
• Create role-based and competency-driven training content for safe and compliant conduct of clinical research.
• Ensure materials align with human subjects protections, GCP, FDA regulations, and institutional policies.
• Organize, maintain, and regularly update training materials to reflect evolving regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Support development and delivery of clinical research training programs, including continuing education for coordinators.
• Assist in standardizing training approaches across departments for consistency and quality.
• Participate in evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
• Coordinate training content development with departments across campus and external stakeholders.
• Partner with CRSO teams, IRB, and compliance offices to reflect real-world research processes and institutional expectations.
