Pathways Inc. is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide social and emotional support and advocacy for adults in the CRRU program. This full-time position emphasizes recovery, wellness, and self-directed goals, leveraging lived experience to empower participants.

Salary: $32,500 per year
The Peer Support Specialist provides social and emotional support, advocacy, and consumer information to adults receiving services through the CRRU program. This position works collaboratively with consumers and members of the treatment team to promote recovery, wellness, independence, and self-directed goals.
The Peer Support Specialist uses their own lived experience and understanding of the recovery process to encourage and empower individuals as they work toward achieving their personal recovery and wellness goals.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
This is a full time position.
