The Peer Support Specialist provides social and emotional support, advocacy, and consumer information to adults receiving services through the CRRU program. This position works collaboratively with consumers and members of the treatment team to promote recovery, wellness, independence, and self-directed goals. The Peer Support Specialist uses their own lived experience and understanding of the recovery process to encourage and empower individuals as they work toward achieving their personal recovery and wellness goals.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
