Alpharus Health seeks a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist Training Specialist to develop and deliver CRPS-focused training for peers. You will create materials, guide applicants through certification requirements, and coordinate with certifiers to process endorsements.

You will supervise and mentor peer specialists, uphold ethical standards, and expand partnerships with correctional facilities and community groups.

Formación

• CRPS certification by the Florida Certification Board is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and good driving record.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check in Florida.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver training programs for peer specialists in Recovery Support and related domains.
• Create and update training materials aligned with best practices.
• Assist CRPS applicants in understanding certification requirements and endorsements.
• Verify and evaluate CRPS applications ensuring compliance with criteria.
• Coordinate with certification specialists to process endorsements.
• Conduct regular supervision sessions with peer specialists.
• Monitor adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Foster partnerships with correctional facilities and community organizations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to improve integrated care.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on workforce development and outcomes.
• Model peer support and recovery-oriented practices.
