Attendance at all Nets home games is required, with evenings and weekends the norm. This onsite role emphasizes charisma, reliability, and Brooklyn authenticity in every performance.

Qualifications

• Must attend all 41 home games (exceptions by advance notice).
• Must maintain energy level across the season.
• Deep knowledge and passion for the Brooklyn Nets.
• Familiarity with fan-led crowd traditions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead supporters section through 48+ minutes of home games, maintaining energy and participation.
• Execute signature traditions and quarter-by-quarter moments.
• Call chants and manage synchronized crowd moments.
• Read crowd energy and adjust chants in real time to fit momentum.
• Conduct routine and traditions with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate with The Block teammates to ensure coverage and morale.
