Job summary

Flowing Wells School District in Tucson is seeking a part-time Crossing Guard to assist children in safely crossing thoroughfares after school from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM during the 10-month school year.

You will educate students on signals, position signs, and alert motorists while reporting violations. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and offers limited benefits for hours under 30 per week.

• Instructs children in appropriate signals and directs them in accordance with traffic signals.
• Alerts motorists to the presence of children by displaying appropriate signs.

• Reports motorists who violate school zone traffic laws to school administrator.
