Job summary

Sanford Health’s Marshfield facility is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Enterprise Central Resource Pool (CRP). The RN provides individualized care across units using the nursing process, collaborates with physicians, and plans care for patients through prevention, treatment and follow-up.

Responsibilities include assessment, triage, and education within applicable standards. Preferred NLN/AACN-accredited program and a Bachelor’s in Nursing, plus at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• NLN or AACN accredited nursing program strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in state of practice; multi-state licensure acceptable if in NLC state.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP) as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, perform patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act and state licensure rules; apply population-specific standards.
