Job summary

Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is seeking an Enterprise Central Resource Pool (CRP) RN to rotate across facilities and provide individualized care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care, with shifts that vary and may include overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The role requires an RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications encouraged; NLN/AACN program background and BSN preferred, with travel

Qualifications

• NLN or AACN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Provide patient education, triage, and coordinate care across units.
