Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a cashier responsible for greeting guests and assisting with retail duties, including maintaining displays and keeping the store neat and clean. You may replenish stock and remove merchandise as needed, while aiming to meet daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests as a cashier.
• Retail duties include changing and maintaining displays, and keeping the store neat and clean.
• Assist with replenishment of stock and removing merchandise from the sales floor as needed.
• Strive to meet daily sales goals and follow ESGW Best Practices.
• Cross-train and assist in all aspects of retail operations as directed.
