Job summary

Easterseals‑Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is hiring cashiers to greet guests, operate registers, and help maintain displays in our retail locations.

You’ll assist with stock replenishment and ensure a clean, organized store environment while aiming to meet daily sales goals. The role emphasizes teamwork, cross-training, and adherence to ESGW Best Practices, with flexibility for varied hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All positions require the completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as they enter or move around the store.
• Retail duties may include changing and maintaining displays and keeping the store neat and clean.
• Assist with stock replenishment and removing merchandise from the sales floor.
• Strive to meet daily sales goals according to ESGW best practices.
• Be cross-trained and assist in all retail operations as directed.
