Job summary

Gebhart Holdings is seeking a Facility / Grounds Assistant to support our Property Management Division. The role covers general building maintenance, light construction, lawn care, and snow removal across multiple properties.

You will work with the General Manager, perform essential tasks, follow 5S lean practices, and ensure timely, safe operations. A high school diploma is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time, hourly position requiring reliability and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Experience with basic mechanical, construction and/or lawncare preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal customer service to all properties.
• Lawn care: mowing, trimming, weeding, blow off walks and parking lots.
• Snow removal: shoveling, operate snow blower and/or plow truck, spread salt.
• General building maintenance and light construction.
• Loading/unloading materials and furniture.
• Follow 5S lean practices in daily operations.
