Employees may cross-train across production stages to expand skills and work with recognizable consumer products. Responsibilities include material handling, supporting production lines, basic quality checks, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• Proven reliability and consistent attendance is required.
• Willingness and ability to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and safely lift/move materials as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished products.
• Feed materials into equipment and assist operators with tasks.
• Perform basic quality checks and sanitize equipment and areas.
• Follow safety and GMP procedures and report issues to supervisors.
