Job summary

Riceland Foods, Inc. is seeking a plant operator responsible for safety and smooth mill operations.

You will monitor control room panels, assist in Parboil operations, and communicate with supervisors and machine operators to address issues promptly. Responsibilities include completing daily paperwork, wearing PPE, receiving training as required, and performing duties in other areas as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor control room panels and assist plant operation to ensure smooth production.
• Report any conditions that could impede operations to supervisor.
• Attend training as required by supervisor; wear PPE; perform daily paperwork and duties as assigned.
• Other duties may be assigned.
