National Trade Supply is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This role spans assembly, gasket installation, frame printing, and packaging, with rotation across stations to support the entire floor.

You will learn multiple processes, follow standard work instructions precisely, and uphold safety and 5S practices in our non-climate-controlled facility. A reliable, detail-oriented approach helps ensure every unit meets our quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality focus and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble air or water filtration products at production stations following work instructions.
• Install O-rings, glue caps, and load carbon into canisters per specs.
• Install gaskets on frames and inspect for proper seating and quality.
• Operate frame printer and apply product labels accurately.
• Inspect finished products against quality standards and pack per packaging specs.
• Coordinate material replenishment and maintain 5S at the workstation.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping per policy throughout shift.
