WillowWood West is seeking a Production Associate to support multi-area manufacturing operations. You will perform tasks across production stages, operate equipment, and maintain quality documentation.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to SOPs, and teamwork to meet daily goals and customer demand. Cross-training across departments is encouraged, with potential for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn multiple manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work in different production areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform production, assembly, finishing, packaging, inspection, material handling, and other tasks.
• Safely operate equipment and hand tools following procedures.
• Follow SOPs and quality requirements to produce products that meet standards.
• Inspect products for quality defects throughout production.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Move, unload, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Assist with changeovers, setup, cleaning, and general production support.
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals and customer demand.
• Cross-train and rotate between departments as needed.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
