Job summary

National Trade Supply, LLC is seeking an Assembler to support our air and water filtration product lines on the manufacturing floor. This role requires hands-on assembly, cross-training across stations, and strict adherence to work instructions to sustain quality and output.

You will rotate between stations as production needs require, learn multiple processes, and contribute to a reliable, team-driven production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn multiple assembly functions and shift between stations.
• Must follow verbal and written work instructions with attention to quality.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
• Must be able to stand for full shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly of air or water filtration products at assigned stations.
• Maintain a consistent output rate and meet production targets across stations.
• Notify team lead of tooling issues, material shortages, or build concerns.
• Perform line changeovers between product types per standard work instructions.
