Job summary

Modigent is a national leader delivering next-generation infrastructure, technology, and energy solutions across HVAC, plumbing, and controls systems. The Operations Support Manager will coordinate administrative processes to keep sales and project execution moving efficiently, working with Sales, Project Management, Accounting, and field teams.

You will manage CRM/ERP data, prepare reports, and support onboarding and special projects, while ensuring compliance and timely completion of admin

Qualifications

• 3+ years in office administration, operations support, sales support, or related role.
• Experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, mechanical contracting, construction, or facilities services preferred but not required.
• Education: high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for sales and project execution.
• Coordinate office workflows: scheduling, correspondence, document prep, supplies, and general office needs.
• Assist Sales with contract processing, customer documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up.
• Coordinate project documentation: job setup, scheduling support, forms, close-out records.
• Facilitate communication between Sales, Operations, Accounting, and field teams.
• Track documentation, approvals, and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
