Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Buford, GA to maintain department expertise in receiving, production, inventory control and administration. This role supports training, SOP adherence and a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years warehouse/distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train across distribution center roles to support multiple functions.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with leadership input.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, team-oriented work environment.
• Monitor production and resolve issues; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement in distribution processes.
• Train new hires and ensure SOP rollout and training completion.
• Communicate new processes clearly; train groups and individuals.
• Align with Office Depot core values.
