Coborn’s seeks an experienced Project Manager to unite teams, clarify complexity, and translate strategy into action across stores, people, guests, technology, and business.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives from technology implementations to store programs, ensuring plans, budgets, and milestones deliver measurable impact while strengthening the PMO for future growth. This role provides leadership visibility and opportunities to drive enterprise-wide change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree in related field is a plus.
• 5+ years managing large cross-functional projects, ideally in retail or similar multi-unit environments.
• Experience balancing priorities, timelines, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects across Store Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Finance, and more.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain structured project plans; keep teams aligned and accountable.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to move projects forward.
• Track milestones, KPIs, budgets, risks, and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide clear updates to executives and steering committees on progress and impact.
• Lead change management and adoption of new systems and processes.
• Support PMO by contributing to standards, templates, and processes.
