good2grow is a children's beverage company based in Atlanta, Georgia. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Operations, Product Development, Brand, Finance, and Technology, turning big ideas into actionable plans and keeping work on track.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where little exists, and communicates progress and risks with candor to help a growing company scale.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of project management experience in CPG, food & beverage, or fast-paced growth environments.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects spanning Sales, Operations, Product Development, Brand/Marketing, Finance, and Technology.
• Strong proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project, and with Microsoft 365.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority initiatives across Sales, Operations, Product Development, Brand, Finance, and Technology from kickoff through completion.
• Define scope, goals, milestones, owners, dependencies, and maintain on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Facilitate kickoffs, working sessions, and decision meetings; provide regular updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Build and refine project management standards, templates, and tools to scale with growth; lead change management for new processes and tools.
