Job summary

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead Business Continuity Plan (BCP) projects.
• Lead project planning sessions to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain standardized project timelines and networks.
• Build detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Manage project schedules with a focus on critical-path activities and milestones.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and R&D to define project scope and design requirements.
• Track performance against timing, cost, quality, and budget KPIs.
• Establish communication processes that drive accountability and project execution.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and roadblocks and provide updates to leadership.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
